I recently witnessed an engineer vs designer --well-- fight, with the words, "It's a waste of our time!" heavily expressed by the engineer.

My questions to you are:

• How would you like your designer to approach a concern or problem?
• How can the communication between you and your designer improve?
• What is a good and/or bad experience/collaboration/conversation you had with a designer?
